Timothy's career took a significant turn when he made the decision to relocate to Las Vegas in 2001. Here, he served as the Director of Special Events at a prominent Las Vegas casino on the strip. It was during this time that his entrepreneurial spirit truly began to flourish, leading to the founding of Masterpiece Cuisine in 2007. What started as a humble catering operation operating out of his own home has since blossomed into a thriving foodservice management company, with locations in Nevada and New Mexico.
