Board Member

Rick has served as speaker, panelist and commentator in numerous real estate venues and is frequently quoted in local and regional business and real estate publications. As keynote speaker at a City of North Las Vegas State of the City Conference, Rick defined and helped launch the city’s international award-winning "Cheyenne Technology Corridor," wherein RDS/Insight developed the city’s first mixed-use business park, the 40-acre Cheyenne West Corporate Center.

Rick's trade and civic associations are numerous. A member of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for several years, Rick is serving as Board chair for 2011-2013. He is former chairman of the National Mixed-Use Development Forum for the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) and is a past president of the Southern Nevada Chapter of NAIOP. Rick is also Chairman of the Executive Advisory Board of the UNLV Lied School for Real Estate Studies. Rick is a graduate of both the Las Vegas Chamber's "Leadership Las Vegas” program and the Henderson Chamber's "Leadership Henderson" program.

Rick received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas and his MBA from Pepperdine University. Rick and his wife, Geri, a marriage and family therapist, are active in a variety of community activities, including St. Thomas More Catholic Community, where they serve as lectors, and at St. Viator's Catholic School. Along with daughters Ellie and Amy, they make their home in the Green Valley area of Henderson.
