Brian Kunec was promoted to Regional General Manger of KB Home in September 2018. In his role, he is responsible for the Company’s homebuilding operations across both Nevada and Washington, from land acquisition and construction, to sales and customer service.

Brian joined KB Home in 2015 and brought a wealth of unique local and national homebuilding knowledge, and his broad experience and proven leadership is invaluable as KB Home continues to grow in Las Vegas. Brian has more than fifteen years of residential construction experience with major homebuilders across the nation. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Economics from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania, and currently serves on the board of the Southern Nevada Home Builders Association, Green our Planet, the City of Las Vegas Mayor’s Life Fund, NBT Board of Trustees, One Night One Drop committee, Nevada Care Giving Council and on the executive committee of Inspirada, LLC, the developer of the 1500-acre master plan community in West Henderson.
