Since joining Aristocrat in 2017, Mihir has held several roles in Operations, where he has developed high-performing teams empowered to adapt to the ever-changing supply chain climate while delivering customer satisfaction through speed of execution and quality. 



Mihir spent more than a decade in Michigan where he gained an extensive background in operational and supply chain solutions for global automotive and premier technology brands.

Mihir holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Lean Operations Management from Wayne State University, and a Bachelor's in Engineering and Production from the University of Mumbai. 

When not working, Mihir can be found enjoying the outdoors—from RVing with his family to hitting the green for a round of golf (this year’s goal is to break 100). He’s also an avid sports enthusiast, especially when it comes to the Detroit Lions and University of Michigan. Mihir is also actively involved in community organizations like Goodie 2 Shoes and is often one of the first to sign up for an Aristocrat Cares volunteer opportunity.
