Lester Romero now serves as the Retail Group Performance Manager for Nevada State Bank. In his role, he supports the retail small business banking growth initiative focused on providing guidance to improve the financial health of small businesses in Southern Nevada.

Prior to joining Nevada State Bank in October of 2024, he led several key small business initiatives for Wells Fargo for over 28 years. Previous roles included, Business Growth Strategy Senior Manager, Small Business Segment Consultant Manager and Small Business Leader for NV/UT. He also led a team of seven payroll representatives and partnered with retail and business banking for the Wells Fargo Business Payroll Service in Nevada, Southern Arizona and New Mexico.

Romero has resided in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada for more than 46 years.
