Born and raised in Long Island, New York, Joe attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas where he graduated with a BS degree in Hospitality Administration. In February of 2014, Joe and his wife, Shannan, after an 18-year career with Coldwell Banker Premier Realty in Las Vegas, opened their own real estate brokerage and have 7 team members working with their firm. Then in July 2017, following his passion to train and inspire, Joe launched Sales M8trix a sales and mindset coaching company. Joe has an ability to create a powerful connection with people in a matter of minutes. A short list of some notable accomplishments does little to prepare one for his genuine engagement when face-to-face. It is Joe’s compassionate, conscious communication style that most fall in love with and has that propelled him beyond the ranks of sales superstars.
