Local, national and international recognized developers and companies find the firm able to avoid time consuming headaches and facilitate solutions when trying to navigate the governmental maze for zoning, licensing and permitting. Mr. Garcia has nearly 20 years of local government planning experience, with nearly five years served as Planning Director for the City of Henderson, Nevada. Prior to locating in the Valley he served as the Assistant Planning Director in Overland Park, KS for nine years.

George obtained his degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle and has four years of post-graduate work: two in the Masters of Urban Planning at the U. of I. and two at John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

He is actively involved in the community as a member of the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, American Planning Association and various Chambers. He is also the Chairman of Goodwill of Southern Nevada and the Henderson Development Association.
