Since 2012, Dr. Aydogdu has been the CEO of the Coral Academy of Science Las Vegas (CASLV). Under his leadership, CASLV has expanded to seven campuses, serving over 5,500 students across Southern Nevada. Under Dr. Aydogdu’s leadership, CASLV secured bonds totaling $97 million to construct two new campuses and a high school gym and purchase three existing campuses.

His leadership has been instrumental in earning CASLV 5-STAR recognition and accolades from US News & World Report, which ranked it as the best high school, and The Washington Post, which recognized it as one of the most challenging schools.

Beyond his role at CASLV, Dr. Aydogdu actively contributes to the broader educational and civic community. He serves on several prominent boards, including as President of the Charter Schools Association of Nevada Board of Directors and Vice Chair of the Nevada Congressional Award Council Executive Board. His leadership has also been acknowledged with numerous awards, including the Administrator of the Year recognition by the Charter School Association of Nevada in 2014, Executive of the Year at the 2023 Vegas Chamber Business Awards, and the prestigious Community Achievement Award by the Asian American Group and Las Vegas Indian Chamber of Commerce in August 2024.

Dr. Aydogdu and his wife are proud parents of three daughters, two of whom are college graduates and one currently attending UNLV. All three daughters are graduates of CASLV. This personal achievement underscores Dr. Aydogdu's commitment to education and his belief in the transformative power of learning.
