Courtney Redsull has worked in Human Resources in the public sector for more than 25 years and is currently enjoying a role as the Employee Benefits Manager with the City of Henderson. Her public service career has included time spent at Clark County, and the Regional Transportation Commission of Southern Nevada, in addition to more than 13 years with the City of Henderson. Courtney’s background includes experience working in all facets of human resources management, as well as five years spent in security operations, and emergency management.
Courtney attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management. She is a member of the Society for HR Management (SHRM), the International Federation of Employee Benefit Plans, and holds certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Courtney is active in both leadership development activities and volunteering in the community. She is a 2013 alumni of the Henderson Chamber of Commerce Leadership Henderson program, and has served in various volunteer capacities for the Leadership Henderson program, including service as a Retreat Small Group Facilitator, Selection Committee Member, Retreat Chair, Steering Committee Vice-Chair, and Steering Committee Chair. Courtney has also served as a small group facilitator for the Henderson High School Leadership program.
Courtney and her husband Brian consider themselves football, hockey, and college basketball fans, and enjoy cheering for the Vegas Golden Knights, the Las Vegas Raiders, and the UNLV Runnin’ Rebels. Courtney is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants and dining experiences. Having come from a somewhat nomadic military family, Courtney loves to travel, and looks forward to seeing more of the world each year. Although she has no children of her own, Courtney loves being an aunt to two beautiful nieces, Campbell, and Lucille, and a spirited young nephew, Calvin.
