The Issues Mobilization Political Action Committee (IMPAC) is a bipartisan group that makes direct contributions to candidates in state and local of ces who promote and vote for an agenda of a favorable business climate. IMPAC is closely aligned with the Henderson Chamber of Commerce.

In accordance with IRS paragraph 162(e) political contributions are not tax deductible as a contribution or a business expense for federal tax purposes.
