Parking

It is recommended to park in the West Parking Lot. Enter on the Spa level, follow directional signage through the convention center to the Pavilion.

Tuesday, September 17, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Orange Path)
Load-in on 9/17/24 from 8am - 5pm via the Orange Path (from St. Rose Parkway). See map for directions.

Please select an available 30-minute time slot. The pathway can be utilized for any items that can be rolled in by utility carts, wagons, dollies, etc. Access point to the Pavilion is through the orange star.

Vehicles may not be left unattended.

Vehicles must be removed and parked at the West lot immediately upon completion of load-in.

Load-in on 9/17/24 from 3:30 - 8pm via the Blue Path (from Bowes Ave, first immediate right). See map for directions.

Please select an available 30-minute time slot. The Blue Path will lead to a dirt lot (through construction). The pathway can be utilized for any items that can be rolled in by utility carts, wagons, dollies, etc. Access point to the Pavilion will be via a rollup door. The rollup door will lead directly behind the Pavillion stage.

Vehicles may not be left unattended.

Vehicles must be removed and parked at the West lot immediately upon completion of load-in.

Set-up and Teardown

Flat beds and dollies will not be provided for set-up or teardown. It is the exhibitors’ responsibility to collect all trash and packing materials. HCC Staff will direct exhibitors on site to place their disposable items in a designated location in the Pavilion. All items in this location will be disposed of between 12:00 – 3:00 p.m.
The Pavilion will be locked overnight on September 17. The HCC is not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Registration

Exhibitors may bypass the registration desk on arrival. We will have exhibitor badges placed at each booth.

WiFi

Complimentary WiFi will be provided. Login information will be provided on site to exhibitors.

HCC Help Desk

There will be a Henderson Chamber of Commerce Help Desk on site within the expo hall to assist exhibitors with any needs or questions that arise.

Load-out on 9/18/24 from 7:00 - 11:00pm via the Orange Path (from St. Rose Parkway). See map for directions. Please select an available 30-minute time slot. The pathway can be utilized for any items that can be rolled out by utility carts, wagons, dollies, etc. Access point from the Pavilion will be to the orange star.

Vehicles may not be left unattended.

All items must be removed from the Pavilion by 11:30 p.m.
