Heidi Dexheimer is Executive Vice President and a member of the Board of Directors of GCW Engineering, Inc., a civil engineering and surveying consulting firm of over 150 employees in Southern Nevada. She also serves as a Trustee for GCW’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As the first female Executive Vice President of GCW, Heidi is focused on project management of public works projects, business development, providing outstanding client service, and driving profitable revenue growth. Born and raised in Las Vegas, the depth of Heidi’s Southern Nevada knowledge of water and wastewater infrastructure planning and design spans more than 27 years. She obtained her bachelor’s at the University of Southern California; and is a registered Professional Engineer (PE) and a certified Water Right Surveyor (WRS).
