Gary was born and raised in Southern Nevada and attended Gordon McCaw Elementary, Burkholder Jr. High School and Basic High School. His undergraduate degree was earned at the UNLV Hotel School, graduating with honors in 1988. Gary attend law school at the University of San Diego, graduating with a Juris Doctor. In 1996, he opened his own law practice and gained experience in Family Law, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Construction Defect, Employment Law and Civil Litigation. Gary has been AV rated with Martindale-Hubbell since 2005 (an AV rating is an objective indicator of a lawyer’s high ethical standards and professional ability. It’s the highest rating a lawyer can receive).
