DeAndre Esteen, Vice President, Contact Center Site Coordinator

DeAndre Esteen Assistant Vice President of Community Relations at Barclays US Consumer Bank, a worldwide financial services organization with offices in Henderson, NV. He oversees the site's Citizenship and Community agenda, working with over 1,200 colleagues on volunteer and investment initiatives and internal communications.

He was previously the Director of Development at The Shade Tree, a shelter for homeless and abused women, children, and their pets; a position he held until July 2014 for over 3 years. DeAndre was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and is a proud graduate of Vo-Tech High School in 2001. He later received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2005. After graduation, he returned to Las Vegas and began his professional career at KTNV Channel 13 in July 2005, producing various news shows. DeAndre was nominated for his first news Emmy in 2009.DeAndre Esteen serves as Vice President, Contact Center Site Coordinator at Barclays US Consumer Bank, a worldwide financial services organization with offices in Henderson, NV. He was previously the Director of Development at The Shade Tree, a shelter for homeless and abused women, children, and their pets; a position he held until July 2014 for over three years.


DeAndre was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV and is a proud graduate of Vo-Tech High School in 2001. He later received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communications from Xavier University of Louisiana in 2005. After graduation, he returned to Las Vegas and began his professional career at KTNV Channel 13, producing various news shows. DeAndre was nominated for his first news Emmy in 2009.


He is a graduate of Leadership Advance (formerly North Las Vegas Leadership) class of 2013 and serves on the Tech Impact Las Vegas Advisory Board.

 

DeAndre also volunteers his time with the CXWorks program as a mentor where he is a past recipient of the Volunteer Impact Award and a Barclays Global Citizenship Award for his work with the program. He has also been recognized as Vegas Inc.’s 2021 “40 under Forty”.


In his spare time, DeAndre enjoys sports, music, running and hiking, playing flag football and spending time with his dog.
