Chris Martin, 29, has been a member of the Henderson community for nearly 20 months having relocated here from his hometown of Cincinnati, Oh. He currently serves as the Site Director of RDI Corporation’s Henderson facility, managing a team of over 300 employees. He has worked with RDI for over 10 years having managed three of their contact centers specializing in both Inbound Customer Service and Outbound Sales. With a strong passion for community outreach and development Chris helps coordinate a number of efforts with his workforce to help positively impact others. Having worked with hundreds of individuals over the course of his career, making personal connections and activating others to unlock their potential are his biggest strengths. Outside of work, Chris is an avid sports fan, having followed his favorite team, The LA Rams to the west coast
